Elimination of paper. We are in the process of eliminating all paper that we can produce ourselves and the paper that comes from outside. We know that the total elimination of paper is possible even if the process is not so easy. At the moment we are removing the documents that can be digitized at the moment. How to sign holidays, internal orders, external delivery notes...
For employees, working with digital files and mobile forms means they won't be dealing with boxes or filing cabinets full of papers. Information transfer and storage is easier, as is data sharing and collaboration. All of these factors will boost productivity.
Reduce expenses and increase ROI, since paper expenses are quite high if the entire company does not reduce its use. All this leads to the security of the documents since the forms can easily be lost containing confidential information.
Initiative pedaling. Initiative that began in October and so far our expectations are being met. We like to encourage sport and smoke-free mobility. But for this, the safety of all those who intend to come must be maximized, for this reason we provide a reflective vest with a drum without harmful plastics so that they can nourish themselves. To encourage our employees, we proposed a voucher valued at €120 to be consumed in a Burgos sports store. Anyone who made it to 60 trips to come to work would get the voucher.
- Stretches. Working days, at least in the office, are done sitting down. For this reason, and to take care of the health of our workers, elaborate and recommended stretches are carried out by a physiotherapist to recover flexibility and so that the body does not suffer as much in the same position.
We also proposed the initiative of "coaching" but with the current situation we prefer to wait. The idea was for colleagues to share a car and thus reduce harmful gases from cars. Although the bike initiative is much greener and healthier, we have to adapt to everyone's possibilities.
Installation of solar panels on part of the roof of our factory. Thanks to them we produce a large part of the energy used by our machines. Therefore we do not load power plants with work that can become harmful if they have an overload of energy production.
